How We Work
Step 1 – Initial Consultation

This is when we meet you on-site to discuss your requirements. We inspect the site and ask a lot of questions to ensure we understand your vision about your new garden, such as: your budget, your lifestyle, what you would like to see in it (and what you don’t like), the age group of the people who will be using it, any special requirements (eg disability ramps, etc). A flat fee is charged for this consultation.

Step 2 – Concept Drawings

Next we prepare a detailed concept plan (aerial view) showing hardscape (decking, pergolas, pools etc) and softscape (lawn, plantings etc). A fee is charged for this, and the cost depends on the detail/complexity of the job. Detailed, coloured elevation drawings, showing specific views (at eye level) can also be provided at additional cost. This concept plan can then be used by our/your landscaping contractor to price and work to.

Landscaping Contractors

If you don’t already have a landscaping contractor to do your job, we have a number of hand-picked teams and individuals who are highly skilled and professional in their approach. We select the right contractor for your particular job. Each contractor has their own strengths, eg some specialise in paving and stonework, others specialise in reticulation or water features, etc.
